The Lake House has been the home of the Avondale Community Club for nearly 90 years.
From the very beginning the Avondale Community Club has been at the heart of the Avondale Estates community.
It is a place to meet and get to know your neighbors, have fun and make new friends.
Every month the members host a dinner, each with a different menu & theme.
Some of these dinner themes are;
- Casino Night - Dinner, drinks and gambling!
- Antiques Roadshow - Bring your favorite antique and have it appraised
- Annual Pig Roast - Bad news for the Pig
- Lighting of the Christmas Tree on the Lake - Ringing in the season
- Old Fashioned BINGO - Just plain, silly fun
- Taste of Avondale - Samplings from all the local restaurants and works from local artists
- Silent Auction - Lots of goodies and exciting items to bid on
- Chili Cook Off - Show off your culinary style or just come and sample an amazing array of chili!
